So here I am again back inside this tiny room

Spending most of my days avoiding any face I know

In the end I always seem to get here to calm down and try to rest

But instead I overthink too many thoughts go through my head

I’m so sorry to admit I’ve fallen back again to this

Lonely cycle that I can’t seem to escape
