Purpose

Carry my life like a samsonite

With the Colors washed out on every side

and if I had some self control

From time to time - I would say “no”

But the money comes in - and the feeling dies

Forever lost on my backup cloud.

Now truth is walking over me

When I was broke - I was free

When the morning comes

Gonna put myself together

Gonna find out what I want

My purpose

When the day is new

Gonna rise up with the sun

Gonna shine a brighter color

Pink purple

Swimming back half way all alone

I heard your message on my broken phone

“how can I be - who I want?”

There’s always someone else in front

It was the second hand thought - at first sight

That made my cry the other night

If there’s a chance to make it -

I´m too afraid to take it
