I’ve seen the face of fear, it feels so familiar.

So now I just smile, relief found in solemn acceptance.

What does it mean to be strong?

Spread thin to the point of exhaustion?

Reach down, it’s deeper than you know.

What will you do when you find yourself sinking?

Will it ever be enough?

The strife the same since we were brothers.

You think this isn’t real? Well think again.

A distant memory, (This is all I can remember).

To what it could’ve been. (It doesn’t really seem to matter).

I think it’s safe to say that we’ve been led astray.

The Earth shifts, but we still build bridges.

Why can’t we pretend to be strong?

Will we disintegrate through constant struggle?
