I start my mornings with breath

And a yoga pose

Filling my spirit with peace

Until it overflows

I'm in child's pose

I know life ain't perfect

But I smile though

Count my breath, like five, four

Two, one and rise slow

Another day, a new vinyasa

With every breath

Releasing all my problems

All my chakras, they so aligned

I'm so aligned, I'm so divine

My heart is open, I'm in cobra pose
