I have never seen this road before

Almost missed it for the forest floor

I thought these passing signs

Were only in my mind

Love to step onto the greenest grass

See how long a pretty face can last

It cracks and bends, it's true

The road in front of you

'Til we're nowhere

And have been there

All along
