She was a bright girl knew her since secondary school

Wanted to be an actress, she had dreams to have it all

At a local pub one night, playing games of pool

She met this bloke called Tommy and she thought Tommy was cool

But Tommy was a tough guy, he carried round a tool

And would push out bags of powder then go out and have a ball

She liked his eyes and how he didn’t follow rules

And suddenly into the depths of darkness she would fall

I said, hey

Don't get with that boy, he'll take your soul away

And now she’s looking out for someone else to blame
