Why does it hurt? And what’s it all worth?

And why can’t we smile, like we use tooooooo

And don’t leave your bed, and don’t call your friends

They the ones who didn’t get through

When you needed them to, well

We should love with our hearts, we should play in the trees

We should cherish the stars, and feel the wind breeze

We, can all light up, when we fight the fear that exists

In our heart of hearts

And you kick her when she’s down,

And you treat her like a boy that just came from out of town but

She’s been here for years, she shares the same fears

And she looks for the bus to get straight out of this hellish place

With that sad look on her face, what have we done?

I don’t understand what the world has become
