In the end

My joy from each day has passed away

When my sorrow fades to pain

I'll never get back to where I came

Now I drift into oblivion

Cast my faith to the wayside

This pain will never subside

There's a war waged deep down inside my head

Of feeling defeated

The voices keep repeating

How can I press on ahead?

I can't see where the road begins & ends

In the end

I've been searching for answers

That guides me out of this void

Thats been trapped in my mind

Where do we find solace

If we all disappear?

This feeling of loneliness

I've been searching for answers

Buried by hopeless insecurity
