Forgotten

Six feet from the bottom I'm drowning in the water Will I reach the air that keeps me here? Or will I be forgotten? Will I sink or will I swim if I can't stand? Drifting farther all alone in the ocean I can see the end, will I breathe again? Or wash away like a footprint in the sand?
