Awake staring at the coffee machine

Conjure up a Reoccurring dream

Where the sky is falling down on me

Like an over over arching symphony

Like a rope that's tied around a tree

We are innocent in jeopardy

And your eyes are always asking me

Are we prisoners or are we free ?

As we sail upon a perfect sea

With no hurry or no urgency

But you always take it personally

So I have to say it candidly ... **

When at first I saw you looking at me

With your stare so unashamedly

Saying we were always going to be

Being certain of uncertainty
