If I Could Leave

Sometimes I sit in silence

And wonder why.

I can just leave this world

Take to the skies.

My heart gets heavy when I notice my legs won't seem to do

There are so many places

I'll never know

The end of light and time

And where they go

But i would settle for a small peek at what it means to be

I wanna be much better than I am

My mind is weak but if I had a chance

I'd shake my debts and I would get rid of all my memories
