God in all His Wonder saw my foolish plight

When the clash of waves and thunder

Fell upon my soul one night

Just as I was sinking in a sea of sin and shame

Grace steered my way of thinking

And I called on Jesus Name

And through that dark, walking on the sea

I saw The Saviour reaching out to me

He calmed my doubts and sorrows

The waves of guilt and fear

I just have to praise Him and thank Him every day
