I noticed a little inner work had to be done, to make sure that the confidence was coming from the inside out, not the outside in.

Going inward, in order to be in service outward, to be self-aware, to walk with kindness, to go into pain and things that hurt you so that you can alchemize and come out of it strong on the other side…
