Morning Meditation (I Am)

It's no coincidence that our number one vital organ, the heart,

Is the great symbol of love.

Flow in, flow out

Flow in, flow out

Flow in, flow out

Flow in, flow out

I invite you to take a moment this morning to reflect on three words that you know

That you are.

Filling in the blanks, I am, I am, I am.

I am thoughtful, 

I am kind,

I am radiant,

I am free.

I am brave, 

I am fearless.

I am, I am, I am.

Flow in, flow out

Come in, sit down,

Deep breath, sigh out 

Take in the sound

Leave it for now

Peace in, peace out

Lean in, find out

Show up, be found.

Speak to ourselves with kindness, 

Speak to others with kindness, 

Respect, great generosity. 

Flow!

Flow!

Flow out, flow out, flow in, flow out

Think about how we can use our passion for purpose. 

Is there an opportunity that when you take something that's lighting you up, 

That you would be doing anyway, and you optimize for your own joy, bravely, unapologetically, and you channel that into making the world just a little bit better, is there an opportunity there?
