Thick and Thin

The seasons are turning, another wasted lullaby

Caught in a daze now, as the sky begins to cry

Fallin, slowly, obliviously wandering

Fade in to a daydream, as the clouds pass us by

I need you, to breathe

Life into this heart again

Cause I’m surely, blue

Stumbling through this life of sin

I need you to hold, us close

Through the thick and thin

As we learn, the truth

And try to live this life again

Glisten, in the new light, free from the pain of losing sight

The storm raged, and passed through

Though I never meant to doubt you

The seasons, they do change, finally out of this haze

I thank you, on my knees
