You pressed into me like a flower amongst words

Done growing and willing to be preserved

The month fucking escapes me

Like all that time you spent trying to make me

Unknow myself

And suddenly it's gone

Sitting beside air

On the train tonight to visit you

At your job which makes you cry

But I like the way the tears fill up your eyes

Now it's an imprint

The world is sticky with it
