If i open my mouth, spill it all out, will my world come crashing down?

Moments of truth, reliving a youth I don't know much about.

But sometimes when the sun is high i lift my head to the sky.

I feel the warmth shine down on me and I breathe.

Lights are casting shadow all of the time,

I don't know which one's are mine.

Softness in the grey, it's the place that I lay my thoughts to make them change.

But sometimes when the moon is high I lift my head to the sky.

I feel the light shine down on me and I breathe.

When I'm stuck in the moment I know, to breathe in is to sort it all out.

Just take a moment to slow, breathe in and let it all out.

Sometimes when I stare at the bright I feel distorted and blind. A burden far to heavy to keep so just breathe.
