Human love is disappointing

Failing, intentionally.

I look back and think of the promises

that I've made with people that are no longer here

And there's something about death that breaks every promise.

But one thing about Jesus is that he came, he lived, died and rose.

Which means that every single promise

He ever made still stands because he never died.

Hundreds of years before we see or hear of a baby Jesus

We learn of Gods plan and intentions to bring a saviour to the world

And this person would bring peace.

We are promised perfect peace

When we keep our minds stayed on Jesus Christ

regardless of what we go through and that's a promise.
