Equanimity and Peace

What are we to do? What should we do today? What shall we do in our lives?

How do we live our lives with sufficient perspective moment to moment

So, we can enter into the moments of life with equanimity and peace?

 

So, there is truth, or wisdom, there is compassion, love, there is equanimity and peace

And there is a passionate life

A life fully lived

Those are the four criteria, those are where you’re going

 

And out of all that comes joy, when you’re living that way

Truth, wisdom, in harmony with the universe around you

In the Dao, in the way of things

So, your life feels from moment to moment

“Yeah, I’m in the right place at this moment.”

I mean it’s weird, but this is just what I should be doing just now
