like leaves into winter

the autumn breeze is still upon my neck

it's cold

i'm sinking under water

i feel the current pull into my chest

the leaves are dead

and the grass is mourning today

the flower wilts

and the trees are dormant today

the sky is pale

and the wind is chilling today

the world is dead and there's nothing left

for today
