Been here through all the crashes and damage we thought we would never

Been here through hate

Been here through sorrow

Now it’s getting late

Can we work it out tomorrow

If you look back on history

It’s no different than it used to be

No one settled any scores

Or won any wars

Made things how they oughta be

I think we’re done

Rewriting history

I heard of a place

Where they used to face

Fears

Heard they climbed the walls through all the cannon balls and tears

No one left alive

No strange soul spared

They buried their own remains

Nobody cared
