When she wakes up, she runs to the mirror

All that she thinks is “I wish I was thinner”

As she tugs at her skin

As she stands there she brushes her hair

It’s all falling out but she doesn’t care

'Cause that doesn't matter

No, nothing else matters

When is she gonna see herself just like everybody else does?

They tell her that she's beautiful but she thinks they're all lying 'cause

How can they see what she doesn’t believe

So she pops back another pill and she

Skips another meal and she

Says she never will do this again

But then she pops back another pill

But she can't 'cause she's never good enough

He says he loves her she says "I know

If you could only see yourself the way that I do”

And she knows it’s all in her head but instead
