You'd see a little boy hugging on a black lab

'Cause after two weeks, he came back home

A lady going through stage four saying

"Thank you Lord", 'cause the cancer's gone

A couple seeing two pink lines for the first time after trying for a while

Wouldn't be too hard to find a smile
