Whenever there’s a morning

With the light going up

The shadows around me

Have no more to be taught,

From me, at all.

I’m no one to myself

But I’m a prey to the claws

Dancing around my will

Of getting out of the house.

I guess I’ll just stay here

Until it never comes back

Will it never come back at all?

We tried to become 

Creatures without fear

Whenever it comes

It feels like it's almost gone

I keep things to repair

But my time passes by.

And behind the curtains

I know some days are alright

The handle in hand

I guess the choice is mine, now

And if nobody’s out

I could probably try.
