I think the thing about feeling so deeply is you have to release like you have to create pathways for the energy to flow out.

So When I sit with and honor my feelings I’m freeing up density in my physical body

So yeah

feel it

Feel it all

Process it and then transmute it

I realized I’m Giving birth to a more refined version of myself

to a wiser version of myself

I kept saying I’m ready to meet my next self

I’m ready to expand into this next phase, this new life

and I think you will meet yourself again in a new body

or a New level of consciousness

But you have to go all the way through it

You gotta Feel it all
