Incessant winds from which arise Gnawing biting, glimmering ice Attuned to the blessed

Gifted to the wretched

Forevermore christening the soil with blood A tale of crimson lies, and cold

Soaring high, beyond the sea Cusping this failing life A Utopian dream Sinking

Nevermind cascading eyes Society drunk with fame

Never forgotten,

Lost, insomniatic slumber

Oceans awaiting my offering of blood

The forest withers without the ocean's song Crying a melody of a dissonant fire Of a mirage, out of reach

As veins are bursting,

and the ligaments snapping A buzzard's feast has come at last Don't wail in the face of death Grim is the path to light
