We bought a flight away to paradise

Trying to mend whatever is broken

But no amount of palm trees or sunlight

Is nowhere enough to change the outcome

Still we are walking up the aisle where we are witnessed

I’m reading out the vows that you created

We’re looking for a house where we can grow old

But even the perfect castle seems cold

Now everybody in here is astonished

That those roses are falling from your hands
