I know it’s a lot of pressure to be a provider

Yet you still get your kids everything they desire

Teach em things you wish you knew back when you was younger

That way when they get your age they’ll be wiser

I know my pops did the best that he could

And the way I turned out sh*t I guess he did good

Used to be hard on him made him pay for mistakes

Then one day I realized everybody need grace

When he was gone I probably needed the space

So I could bump my head and figure it out

But don’t listen to the media

Cause over 70% of children got both parents in the house

Shoutout the ones co-parenting working out

And can’t forget the single fathers that’s holding it down

I’m praying for all the ones fighting for they child
