Sparrow

Unravelled in gore

Simply wanted to be

She came undone

Beautiful to see

Long red flare

Strong red stream

Skin like bleach 

And eyes for me

 

I Sparrow

Not ready to leave

Yet knowing i can 

Come with me as one

You know the way home 

Understand now

Glare at my failures

This rotting meat

Smells like bleach

I Sparrow

Joy or sorrow? I simply can’t tell

Engraved lies that seemed to please you well

Continue to breathe, the blood that follows me down
