There is an elsewhere

And you can go there

There is a time for other skies

And though you suffer

There is an old song

I hear you singing just outside

Though you are weary

As you fly over

Your mind is elsewhere

You want to sleep

Your body holds a

Gigantic spirit

Are here with me

When I was smaller

You'd perch beside me

And sing me songs so I could sleep

The world would vanish

Your voice was endless

And I would drift off safe and free

I'll sing to my child
