Illusions of Light

What has emerged from the sands of time

Has not been seen before

Leaving shadows of a doubted mind

A drought that can't be restored

Fooling yourself, illusions wont work

Staring at what shines will only make you blind

Looking right through me, i won't run or hide

Once found yourself estranged it seems

Distracted by things that are translucent

Visions become more then only illusions
