How many great things must you do?

Before you’re recognized as somebody special

And people look up to you

Who decides who’s going to be the leader?

Who decides who’s going to be lead?

Oh and how do you become that great someone

When people look up to you

What do I have to do to make myself feel whole?

Should I stop the drilling and the searching of black gold?

There are so many things that I wish I could do

I’d save the rainy forests and the oceans too

But I’m only one man and there’s so much to do

What turns a man into a father?

How many lessons must you learn?

Before you are known as the anchor to your home

And your children look up to you

Should I have many children to love and hold?

Should I find religion and go save lost souls?
