Down Days

Maybe I don't need a reason

Something inside, it holds me down and stops me feeling

I can't even catch my breath

Mmm, I'm never leaving

I should get out the house, but I don't want the world to see me

I would only paint it red

Happens every now and then once in a while

Struggle getting out of bed, not gonna lie

They make you want to hide

These down days

They blow me away
