I need to get out of my own head

To leave my whole past

Get new thoughts

New feelings

A whole new life

I never wanted this one

These days neither do I see or hear

Heavy eyes are being held up bloody finger tops

In my ear someone’s put a moderator

Making me unable of hearing

Today I shouted my pain out

So loud it left an echo in the walls

I didn’t want this thing called living

Then words were drowned by tears and I,

Was standing weak at my knees

Between concrete buildings

With a growing sorrow while filling my lungs with darkness
