The Bay

The Bay,

Look at the bay;

Look at the colours of the day.

You wouldn't believe it,

If you hadn't seen it

For yourself.

If you hadn't found

What you have found.

Look at the night.

Look at the lights shining so bright,

Down from the harbour,

Across the bay from town to town,

Ant the castle standing proud,

Against the stars,

And Venus and Mars,

And they say "Yes,

This place is blessed."

Look at the moor,

More lovely than ever before.

And stones in circles,

Standing around.

And the sun high in the clouds,

Casting shadows on the ground,

As it heads west.

And it is blessed.

Look at the bay.
