The music scene has got me down

My hair's not long and I don't smoke that kind of weed

I know a kid chose to be a star

And buy himself a Cadillac car

He thinks he's cool but the whole world knows he's a fool

A lot of groups play in Hollywood

Thinking they're really doing good

They live and strive in poverty

In their world of make believe
