Dipped into the water at the river today

A Black Snake swimming came along to play

Dipped my hands in an ash heaps' sand

A Black Snake came when I walked away

Signs may be written in the things we see

Warning us of ways that we should not be

And a mighty storm came along that night

Clouds shook and shivered in the full black might

I might be loosing my head today

But something about you feels wrong

Things they change

It makes me laugh

Never get stuck in the aftermath

Take my plane a way down south

Scatter all the wounds of a cut down mouth
