Well it was trying to snow

when i picked you up

still wearing the same clothes

youre so high and youre so lost just trying to get home

And so i drove us down the road

And i pointed out every bud i know

Till you fell asleep

A saturday and all the promises it broke

A saturday dissapeared

I just drove

And then you woke up like a colt

Your wild eyes struck me like a lightning bolt

Your arm was up and your mouth was running and i was sold

No one comin headstones dropping on the road
