Born with impaired hearing, Singaporean singer-songwriter and producer Hanjin Tan has transcended the odds to become an important and respected voice in Mandopop and Cantopop. Having made a name for himself writing for the likes of Jacky Cheung and Eason Chan, Tan has shaped an artistic repertoire that’s defined by its shape-shifting as much as for his expressive vocals.
