This week, Wolf Alice blossoms with their latest track “Bloom Baby Bloom.” “We recorded it in LA with [producer] Greg Kurstin [Miley Cyrus, Liam Gallagher, Foo Fighters], who was an absolute joy to work with and is probably the best musician I’ve ever witnessed,” guitarist Joff Oddie tells Apple Music. It’s the first song off of the band’s upcoming album The Clearing, and Oddie is excited. “It’s hands down my favorite Wolf Alice album,” he says. “Theo [Ellis, bassist] slaps some double bass at one point, Joel [Amey, drummer] spent a long time perfecting how to make the perfect horse percussion noises, and Ellie [Rowsell, singer and guitarist] wrote some of her best songs ever.
