Country singer Wheeler Walker Jr. is the alter ego of actor, comedian, and writer Ben Hoffman, who pairs deliberately offensive lyrics with genuine musical chops.
∙ Hoffman got his start in TV, writing for and appearing on Comedy Central’s Sports Show With Norm Macdonald before starring in his own sketch series, The Ben Show, in 2013.
∙ Grammy-winning producer Dave Cobb helmed his debut, Redneck Shit, which Rolling Stone named one of the 35 Most Anticipated Country Albums of 2016.
