In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was in 2nd grade, I sang “You Are Not Alone” by Michael Jackson in music class. My teacher at the time told me that I had a beautiful voice & that I should be a singer when I grow up.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bon Iver, Bon Iver, Bon Iver Christina Aguilera, Stripped Mariah Carey, Mariah Carey: #1's It feels impossible to narrow down to 3, but I recall sitting in my room for hours & hours obsessing over Mariah & Christina’s music. Their albums raised me, in a way. Lastly, I’ve listened to this Bon Iver album almost daily since it was released.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I’d love to write with one of my all-time favorite songwriters: Babyface. I also very much want to work with Drake and I hope to eventually win a Grammy or two.
