Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Proudly lugging a toy cassette deck with a microphone, I made up silly songs only a kid could dream up. I'd record everything, from my spontaneous performances to "interviews" with family pets and farm animals, some who were less than thrilled.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Dermot Kennedy, Without Fear LÉON, Léon RAYE, My 21st Century Blues The first is flawless, with amazing vocals. The second's textures are delightful; "Lardeo" feels like sunshine with a lover. The third's poetic lyrics and hip-hop beats captivate me; I love its clever, emotional writing.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Julian” I went to Julian, CA with a friend to eat pie; it's a snapshot of that day. The instrumentation feels like looking out the window on the mountain drive there, the lyrics perfectly capture my feelings, the unique references making it extra personal.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Teddy Swims liked an open verse I did to one of his songs, so that was pretty cool. I also have a song that's about to hit a million streams, and I wasn't quite aware of just how big a million was, but I am now and it is many!!
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I dream of touring the world, seeing my songs gain traction globally, and turning my passion for music into a full-time career.
