Active since the 1990s, Zoé is a Mexican rock band whose music includes influences of Britpop, synth-rock, and psychedelic indie-pop.
∙ In 2011, Zoé won two Latin Grammys, for Best Rock Song (“Labios Rotos”) and Best Alternative Music Album (MTV Unplugged: Música De Fondo).
∙ The band frequently teamed up with producer Phil Vinall—known for his work with British acts Pulp and Placebo—and they’ve collaborated and toured with Spanish rock superstar Enrique Bunbury.
∙ Their 2018 album Aztlán won a Grammy Award for Best Latin Rock, Urban Or Alternative Album.
∙ Zoé embarked on their first tour with English-language bands in 2019, coheadlining a run of US dates with the Canadian group Metric and opener July Talk.
