In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Believe it or not, I started playing music because of the old Rock Band video game in the mid 2000s making me interested in guitar.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Reol, Jijitsujo (Special Edition) Sonata Arctica, Unia Wagakki Band, 四季彩-shikisai- Unia was the album that made me start singing, Wagakki was my gateway drug to J-Pop, and Reol really kind of pushed me out of metal into pop, and this album was where I discovered her.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Kokoro No Tatakai” Kokoro served as my "I'm no longer metal" song. I pushed the speed and intensity of the riffs more than I've ever done, then at the peak, broke completely into EDM. Ironically metalheads love it, but it was my "I'm switching to pop/edm song."
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? When I joined Apeiron Bound, even though my personal work shifted completely out of metal, it helped me level up my mindset. I've also gotten to meet some really cool folks I used to idolize as a result, despite no longer enjoying 95% of metal.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? There's so many collaborations I'd love to make happen one day. My hope is to make my own music and brand large enough to be able to attract the potential to make awesome music with some of the larger musicians in the jpop/vtuber music spaces.
