Namukwaya Hajara Diana, better known as Spice Diana, is a Ugandan R&B artist who first found mainstream success in 2014 with the hit single "Onsanula." She remained a fixture of the East African music scene with subsequent efforts like 2018's "Now" and 2020's "Kononya."
Initially drawn to rap and hip-hop, Diana made the lateral move to R&B while still in her teens. The church choir and after school programs had sharpened her vocal skills, and her interest in art and fashion helped her make connections in the entertainment industry. Her 2014 debut single "Onsanula" earned her the Best Female Breakthrough Artist at the 2015 HiPipo Music Awards, and paved the way for future success like "Title (feat.
