Noel Torres, a Regional Mexican singer/songwriter and accordionist, has released three Top 10 albums and scored three Top 10 singles.
∙ Torres got his start in 2010 as a guest vocalist on Gerardo Ortiz’s Regional hit single “El Comando del Diablo.”
∙ He released two albums in 2011: his debut LP, Al Frente y de Frente, and his sophomore follow-up, Llegamos, Estamos Y Seguimos.
∙ His accordion-led hit “La Guanábana” stayed on the Regional radio airplay charts for 20 weeks and was nominated for Corrido of the Year at 2012’s Premios De La Radio.
∙ At the 2015 Lo Nuestro Awards, Torres was nominated for three honors: Regional Mexican Male Artist, Norteño Artist, and Regional Mexican Album (La Balanza).
∙ He served as a celebrity judge during the 2017 season of the talent competition series, Gran Oportunidad.
