Artist Biography
Best known as MORGAN, London singer-songwriter Morgan Connie Smith has balanced scene-stealing feature spots with her own strong solo work. A few years after appearing on Britain’s Got Talent in 2016, she joined electronic juggernauts Rudimental as a touring vocalist while still a teenager. That led to her poppy yet soulful turn on their 2021 track “Be the One” alongside Digga D and TIKE, followed by standout appearances in 2023 with Sonny Fodera (“Shadow”) and Sigma (“Adrenaline Rush”). On her own, meanwhile, Smith has explored both classic dance-pop and future R&B on 2020’s Alien EP and 2024’s Emotional Gangster EP, with 2021’s tumultuous ballad “Adct” becoming her most successful solo single along the way. It’s easy to hear why, thanks to how her vocal performance positively drips with heartache.
