Vivacious and bright, the K-pop group MOMOLAND is all about viral hits. Bubbly earworms like 2018’s “Bboom Bboom” and “Baam” have racked up hundreds of millions of streams.
• The group formed as a septet in 2019 via the South Korean reality show Finding Momoland.
• MOMOLAND introduced themselves to the world in 2016 with the release of their debut EP, Welcome to Momoland.
• The Seoul-based group has featured as many as nine members, but as of 2020, the team was down to six ladies.
• Several of MOMOLAND’s songs have been accompanied by choreography that has spawned memes. Most notably, JooE's dance from performances of "Wonderful Love" became so popular that it landed her in a Tropicana commercial.
