Artist Biography
Mi Ami drummer Damon Palermo began DJing and recording off-kilter dance music that touched on house, techno, and rave under the name Magic Touch in 2011. Hooking up with the like-minded L.A. label 100% Silk, Magic Touch released the debut single "I Can Feel the Heat" in 2011. After releasing two collaborative 12" singles in 2012 on 100% Silk, Palermo released the Nothing More EP in 2013 for the German label True Romance. For Magic Touch's first full album, he jumped back to 100% Silk and Palermo House Gang was issued in early 2014. Featuring guest appearances and collabos with Sorcerer, Newbody, Ash Williams, and Octo Octa, the album is a pulsing homage to house music. ~ Tim Sendra
